By accessing or using Groundable (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Groundable is an AI-ready Knowledge Pack builder that helps businesses turn company source material into structured, source-grounded Knowledge Packs for teams and AI workflows. The Service processes transcripts, documents, and other source material you provide to generate structured Knowledge Packs. It is provided for informational purposes only.

3. AI-Generated Content

Groundable uses artificial intelligence to generate Knowledge Packs, summaries, topic extractions, and related content. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI outputs are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.
  • AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
  • You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on any content produced by the Service.
  • Groundable does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI output for any purpose.

4. Web Evidence Check

The Web Evidence Check feature returns approximate results based on external web search results synthesised by AI. Groundable does not independently verify any claim. Results should be treated as indicative context only. Always consult authoritative, primary sources before relying on any claim.

5. No Professional Advice

The Service does not provide and is not a substitute for:

  • Medical advice. Nothing on Groundable should be used to diagnose, treat, or manage any health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
  • Financial advice. Nothing on Groundable constitutes investment, tax, or financial guidance. Consult a qualified financial adviser before making financial decisions.
  • Legal advice. Nothing on Groundable constitutes legal counsel. Consult a qualified solicitor or lawyer for legal matters.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Submit content that is abusive, defamatory, or harmful.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service.
  • Use the Service to generate content intended to deceive or harm others.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Groundable shall not be liable for any:

  • Loss or inaccuracy of AI-generated content.
  • Decisions made by users based on Knowledge Pack content or evidence results.
  • Service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

8. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for any decisions made based on content generated by the Service. You should independently verify any information before acting on it, particularly in health, financial, or legal contexts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
