Common issues
YouTube transcript unavailable
Some videos don't have auto-generated captions or have restricted transcripts. Try adding a manual transcript instead. Paste the text directly into Groundable.
Export not working
Export is available on Starter and Professional plans. If you have a paid plan and exports are failing, try refreshing the Knowledge Pack page. If the issue persists, contact us.
Billing issue
If your plan hasn't updated after checkout, try refreshing your dashboard. If your plan still shows as Free after a few minutes, contact us with your checkout email.
Knowledge Pack generation failed
Knowledge Pack generation can fail if sources have very little usable content. Try reducing your source count, checking transcript availability, or adding a manual transcript.
Groundable Chat not responding
Groundable Chat is a Professional feature. If you're on Professional and Chat is unresponsive, refresh the page. Ensure your Knowledge Pack has finished generating before opening Chat.
